In some cases, order processing may take longer due to high demand, stock availability, payment verification, or operational reasons.

After the order is processed and shipped, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days, depending on your location and courier service availability.

Delivery timelines may vary for remote areas, small towns, or locations with limited courier access.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Cart Shala may offer free shipping on selected products, offers, or order values. Shipping charges may change from time to time without prior notice.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you may receive tracking details through SMS, WhatsApp, email, or any other communication method provided at the time of order.

You can use the tracking details to check the delivery status of your order.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner may attempt delivery at the address provided by you. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct and reachable.

If the customer is unavailable, refuses delivery, or provides an incorrect address, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping.

Delayed Delivery

We try our best to deliver orders within the estimated timeline. However, delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, strikes, natural events, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Cart Shala will not be responsible for delays caused by courier partners or incorrect customer details, but we will try to support you in tracking and resolving the issue.

Damaged or Missing Products

If you receive a damaged product, wrong product, or missing item, please contact our support team within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

Customers are advised to record an unboxing video while opening the package, as it may be required for damage, missing item, or wrong product claims.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available on selected products and locations. COD orders may require phone or WhatsApp confirmation before shipping.

Cart Shala reserves the right to cancel COD orders if the order cannot be verified or if delivery service is unavailable in the customer’s area.

International Shipping

Currently, Cart Shala mainly ships within India. International shipping may not be available unless clearly mentioned on the website.
