At Cart Shala, we aim to deliver every order safely and on time. Please read our Delivery Policy carefully before placing an order.
Delivery Locations
Cart Shala currently delivers orders across serviceable locations in India. Delivery availability may depend on your area, pin code, courier partner, and product availability.
If your location is not serviceable, we may contact you to cancel the order or offer an alternative solution.
Delivery Time
Once your order is confirmed and shipped, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days, depending on your location.
Delivery may take longer for remote areas, high-demand periods, public holidays, weather issues, courier delays, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 24 to 48 hours after confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Cash on Delivery orders may require phone, SMS, or WhatsApp verification before dispatch.
Delivery Partner
Cart Shala works with trusted courier and logistics partners to deliver your order. Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, the delivery process will be managed by the courier company.
We will try our best to support customers with tracking and delivery updates.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will attempt delivery at the address provided during checkout. Please make sure your name, phone number, house number, street, landmark, city, state, and pin code are correct.
If the customer is unavailable, the phone number is unreachable, the address is incorrect, or delivery is refused, the order may be returned to us.
Failed Delivery
A delivery may fail due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Customer unavailable at the delivery location
- Phone number not reachable
- Customer refusing the order
- COD payment not available at the time of delivery
- Location not serviceable by courier partner
- Natural events, weather conditions, strikes, or restrictions
In case of failed delivery, re-shipping may be possible, but additional shipping charges may apply.
Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged product, wrong product, or missing item, please contact our support team within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.
Customers are advised to record an unboxing video while opening the parcel. This may be required for damage, missing item, wrong product, or tampered package claims.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before placing the order.
Shipping, delivery, COD, or service charges may be non-refundable once the order is shipped, unless the issue is due to an error from Cart Shala.
Tracking Updates
After dispatch, customers may receive tracking details through SMS, WhatsApp, email, or order tracking page, if available.
Tracking updates may take some time to reflect after shipment is created.
